De WBSO (Wet bevordering speur- en ontwikkelingswerk) is een fiscale subsidieregeling voor bedrijven die investeren in onderzoek en ontwikkeling (O&#038;O).<\/p>\n<p>De regeling verstrekt subsidie op de loonkosten voor onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten (S&#038;O-werk). Denk hierbij aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, processen of nieuwe software.<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #E8F5E9; padding: 1.5rem; border-radius: 8px; border-left: 4px solid #27ae60; margin: 2rem 0;\">\n<h3>Subsidiepercentages 2025<\/h3>\n<p>Standaard: <strong>32%<\/strong> van de loonkosten<br \/>Startende bedrijven: <strong>40%<\/strong> van de loonkosten<br \/>Boven \u20ac350.000: <strong>16%<\/strong> van de loonkosten<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Wat komt in aanmerking?<\/h2>\n<p>De WBSO subsidie moet vooraf worden aangevraagd en wordt uitgekeerd via een vermindering van de afdracht loonbelasting.
